Experience Cacao with Christine Fronterrora. Join us for a Cacao Connection at SHiFT Studio on Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 10:30-12. Learn about the cacao plant while enjoying light stetching, guided meditation, songs and sound healing, optional Reiki Energy Healing, and journal prompts.
