Celeste Pearlman brings over two decades of experise in the wellness industry, as a Somatic Speciality. A former dancer, she is certified and licensed as a Mind-Body-Health Coach, GYROTONIC® Teacher Trainer, GYROKINESIS® Instructor, Somatic Movement (Therapy) Educator, and Massage Therapist. Her work is trauma-informed, playfully taught, and influenced by numerous additional Yoga trainings.
In-depth studies took her across the US, Germany, & Bali. Before moving to the Santa Ynez Valley, she held a longtime private practice in Santa Barbara, regularly splitting her time between seeing clients in Montecito & Maui. Former residencies include the San Ysidro Ranch and Bacara Spa at the Ritz Carlton.
Celeste is thrilled to be the in-house Massage Therapist at SHiFT Studio. In downtime, she can often be found at her boutique Gyrotonic Studio, in Los Alamos, or in the company of her cuddly cats & chickens. She has enjoyed helping humans to feel fluid grace since 2001.
