  • James Kapicka

    James Kapicka (E-RYT 200 / RYT 500) is a Somatic-based movement facilitator, Thai massage practitioner and stand -up comic with a passion for bringing people together. He creates a playful environment that encourages students to try new things while empowering them to trust their intuition. His mission is to inspire personal freedom and support interpersonal connection.

    His approach promotes curiosity, creative play and authentic expression, and allows for a deeply resonant relationship with self, others and our planet. James leads embodiment retreats, offers Yin Yoga trainings and recently produced Moksha the Yoga Board Game!

  • Lori Shirran

    Lori is a certified ERYT-500hr, YACEP Yoga Instructor, having obtained her advanced Hatha Yoga studies in Rishikesh, India. 

    She has been teaching yoga for over 20 years.

    Lori has been privileged to have been taught by master teachers of the Iyengar, Ashtanga and Shivananda yoga methods, and enjoys studying and instructing yoga all over the world.

    She has been living and teaching in the SYV since 2018. 

    When not on her mat, she embraces the beauty of nature by meditating outside, hiking and taking long walks by the ocean.

  • Christine Fronterotta

    Christine is passionate about sharing the gifts of mindfulness and holistic wellness. She teaches various styles of yoga including Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, Power, Meditation, and Chair yoga, that draw from her decade of experience in yoga and various healing arts. She is a certified Usui Reiki Healer III, sound healer, and energy healing intuitive. She enjoys continuing her education in the areas of trauma awareness, somatic experiencing, and the decolonization of her personal and teaching practice. She is passionate about sharing healing modalities and techniques with others that they can practice in all the moments of life.     Rebecca brings over a decade of teaching experience, an encouraging presence and a smile to each class and client.


    Her goal is for your time in the studio to not only be worthwhile, and enjoyable, but to also build a strong sense of awareness, presence and confidence that you may take with you when you walk out the door. Her teaching style is educational, fun and approachable for any and everybody.

    When she is not teaching Pilates Rebecca stays busy raising her three children in Los Olivos. She enjoys cooking, spending time in nature, dancing, and a fancy cup of tea/coffee.

  • Kylie Wagner

    Kylie is a Doula, Prenatal and Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher and regenerative food systems advocate. She is a shepherd of embodiment, empowering her students to connect to the inherent wisdom of their bodies. Whether it's through the nourishment of a potluck feast or the enchantment of a full moon circle, she believes the true magic lies in the alchemy of togetherness, where we find freedom in love and belonging.

  • Meg Camanzo

    Meg is a 200 hr RYT who was previously living and teaching in Costa Rica. She teaches alignment based vinyasa flows that are meant to get you in your body and out of you mind. Her classes are fun and supportive for all levels of yoga practitioners. Her belief is that yoga is for every body and everyone. In addition to teaching yoga she is a silversmith and a natural dyer.

  • Arwen Lewis

    Arwen Lewis holds a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, from RYS Yoga Vie, lead by Virginia Alain, as well as a 20 hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training certificate from the Colorado School of Yoga, granted by Julia Clarke.

    She's a local to the Santa Ynez Valley, raised in Solvang, and a passionate wellness advocate and Yogi.
